First off thanks for such a cool program. What I'm trying to accomplish is have all my sets non-merged. I have a huge hard drive and the space is not an issue. Ok here's my problem and I'll use 1 set of roms as an example. Lets say I have The "parent" puckman and the "clone" pacman. My ultimate goal is to just have pacman so I run the the rebuilder as "not merged". The rebuilder gives me a full set for both pacman and puckman.......I delete puckman and I'm left with only packman..........great. The problem is when I run the rebuilder it creates a zip file for all the other variants of pacman.......puckmana, puckmod, pacheart, etc. and it will even create zips for other Namco games that I guess uses some of the same roms as Pacman. Is there a setting in the rebuilder that will just rebuild the zips that I have and not create "new" zips of clones I don't want?

If the answer is obvious I apologize in advance. I read all the docs (easyemu too) and couldn't find anything. I'm using version 3.24
