Fastscan fails if the profile's fastscan file wasn't written correctly after a scan. Fastscan works fine. Must be your system. Fastscan is only valid for one and the same data of course. If the dat changed, you have to redo a fastscan.

"Remove all listed incomplete sets" works fine, too. Can't repeat any misbehaviour. Of course you need a valid scan before that.

Overall it sounds like your system got a problem. Maybe writing rights on all/some cmpro subfolders.
