You can create a fixdate file. After the scan has run and you have the window open showing all the errors (missing roms, etc), just right click on any line. I think it's save, then fixdat. (I don't have clrmame on the computer I'm on right now.)

I used this program for almost 2 years, writing down by hand all the missing roms before I found out this easy way to do it.
