I took your advise and checked all the fix options then ran it again. It ran for ~ 3 hours, moving stuff, backing up stuff, etc. I went out drinking and saw it was done when I came back. I can't remember what it said but I'll post it when I get home from work today. (Yes, I went drinking on a work night. Ah, the sacrifices one makes for female mud wrestling...)
