Nah..it's ok to keep them unzipped in one folder....You only have to use the single_folder dat then and be sure that folder is correctly named after the used setname.

Like: Goodtools\5200Ren\rom 1 .... rom N
-> rompath = Goodtools, setname = 5200Ren when using the singlefolder variant of the 5200 dats.
