Baddumps are known bad dumped rom images. They are marked as being bad in the datfile. In older MAME versions this was done by using an inverted crc32, today it's done with the 'flags baddump' keywords.
There is nothing to fix these roms unless you find the original pcb and redump the roms. They are KNOWN to be bad.
