There are several ways to put them in special subfolders. You can use datfile "rebuildto" flags or you can use systemdefault paths but these are biosrelated. If you're talking about goodtools folders like PD or BADDDUMPS, you have to use rebuildto tags within the datfiles.
...or use regular expressions to enabled/disable sets (e.g. all [b?] sets and rebuild them to a new folder...

...all methods aren't that easy for a cmpro newbie....
...besides I don't see that big need of such a feature....although a better support is mentioned on my wip page....but don't expect anything in the near future. Currently I'm busy like hell....and I have no idea when I'm done with this reallife stuff.
