Based on the advice of someone in the MAME forums, I ran the CRCheck32 program on my MAME roms.

The program claims that over 70% of my roms fail the crc check using this program. However, The random sampling of "failed" files that I tried all work fine in MAME.

I tried scanning with CLRMamePro with the decompress and check CRC32 option turned on and it doesn't turn up any problems at all.

Any clue what is happening here?
