If CMPro says the file is ok, the file is ok. Be sure you're scanning ALL sets (Settings->Sets) and ALL Systems (Scanner->Systems) and let cmpro display missing nodumps (Scanner->nodump handling->show missing).

and you can check if the zipstructures are ok. Settings->zipsettings->full zip structure scan....and you can let the scanner check their integrity (scanner->checksums->unzip blabla).
