If you want to update to latest mame version (086) do on like this:
-download you favorite mame flavour.
-let clrmame create his own datfile using a.m. mame executable.
-put all downloaded roms into a temporary folder (roms MUST be in zip format or uncompressed - rar is not supported by mame neither clrmame)
-use the rebuilding feature selecting as source the temporary folder (destination should be mame roms directory)
-allow it some minutes and the game is done!!!
