1. When you have both incomplete and missing sets, and you select delete all incomplete sets, absolutely nothing is deleted. If you choose to delete individual sets, they are deleted like they should be. This does not work on any version of ClrMAME on any of the 30+ dats I have active. Not even after a clean reinstall of Windows XP.

2. In the rebuild dialog even filenames that would fit just fine in the filename text box are sometimes cut from the middle. E.g. Not-so-long.bin becomes smth like: "Not-so-long.b ... -long.bin"
