Because scanning with GoodTools and CMPro have some major differences. For example GoodTools don't care about any extension or any possible romfile header. CMPro DOES care. GoodTools stuff has been discussed so many times on this forum...(ok..the searchbutton still doesn't work ;))...

Always prefer a full scan over that crappy miss/have list stuff. The lists are absolutely NOT accurate in any way. It's just a quick test if a set exists or not.

GoodTools don't really have a homepage. Current versions can be found on IRC, newnet, #rareroms.
