a normal scan run takes less than 2 minutes on a decent hd. If it has to fix some files it takes longer...maybe a couple of minutes depending on how many things needs repacking.


In fact you haven't said anything what goes wrong and which settings you're using. Possibly you're scanning a WRONG FOLDER and all files are backup'ed...or something....
Another reason why it takes long is that you're using a different (WRONG) MERGE MODE now and it repacks all sets...depending on your system this may take long.
