Addition sugestion:
When doing a rebuild, if the .zip file containing the roms does not exist in the mame\roms directory, just copy/move
it from the rebuilder source directory to the mame\roms directory instead of rebuilding it 1 rom at a time.

This could save a decent amount of time after each update to mame.

The rebuilder is filebased, not setbased. This is the main feature of it. It doesn't know if a sourcefile represents a complete set...neither it cares about that. It rebuilds what it finds. Disable 'recompress' and it's fast as hell.
