If your "new" hd uses the same pathstructue and drive letter you can simply copy the clrmamepro folder (including all subfolders). Cmpro.ini got some absolute pathentries...so you might want to check that one for possible changes. Used rompaths/etc. are stored in the settings\*.cmp files. You may have to adjust these, too.
