ClrmamePro uses the crc32 values directly from the good*.exe. The only difference is that goodtools skip headers before they calculate the checksum, while cmpro calculate the hashes on the full file. The given checksums are always for the pure romdata without any header information. So you have to remove possible header if you want to get correct crc32 values.
