Well....If the rebuilder skipped files, they don't match any crc32 of the used datfile, or the zipfile itself is corrupt. If the zipfile is corrupt (or in use by a different program) you will see an infoline in the warnings window (the little window docked below the rebuilder).

The snapshot packs at mame32qa have been changed completely some time ago, so you may have old ones.
Be sure you downloaded the current packs and the current snapshot datfile from clrmame.com.
