When you're using split-merged sets, this is absolutely normal, since you have to move it to the clone set.

Guess you're using full merged sets and so area51t.chd can be stored in the area51 folder.....It shouldn't warn then...I will chech that case later at home.

If you're using full merged sets you're right, CMPro is wrong and will be fixed.
If you're using split-merged sets, CMPro is right ;)
