Oh fuck, i no know this. My process is download clrmame version zip, decompress this in one directory, copy the exe emulator(usual MAME) in the directory of clrmame and extract the dat. In this case to obtain dat for MESS and RAINE need various dll in the same directory of the exe. You need for extract the dat for MESS this archives in one directory:

mess.exe
messlib.dll

For Raine:

Raine32.exe
SDL.dll ;)
aleg41.dll
libz.dll

In other way in this version of MESS clrmame warns about various sets wasn´t imported, i supose this is for bad format of MESS and not for clrmame.
