Roman,

I have what must be the most...interesting...suggestion to date.

Because of HD space (and $$$ limitations ATM), I have burned all of the CHD images to DVD's, and have told CMP to not check for these as I KNOW they're not in my roms folder. :-)

What I would like to do is have "placeholder" files in place of the "real" CHD files, and have CMP mark them as "have" in scans rather than "missing".

It's somewhat workable the way I have it scanning now (CMP marks it as corrupt or no header if I create an empty file of the particular CHD name), and it would tell me what "new" CHD's came in since the last update, but was wanting somethnig a bit "easier" on the mind. :-)

What do you think/feel?
