Simply disable the complete set (settings->sets) or remove the disk entry from the datfile. Or hide missing diskimages after the scan by toggling the diskimage button. Of course this will also hide ALL missing chds...
I doubt I add such a "hide this" option.....have to think about it when I got more time.
