fixed: bug in zip routines can cause double fileentries in zipfiles

If you've used 3.50 or 3.50a you should rescan the used profiles with
Settings->Zip Settings->Full Zip Structure Scan enabled.

This will detect possible zipfiles with double entries. They are listed as
"Set skipped due to zipfile- or sharing-error. See warningswindow for details."
Remove the double entries manually from the listed zip or rebuild/rezip the
files. After you processed your profiles, you can disable that Zip Option again
if you want. The normal zipreading mode is faster.


Some more fixes:

fixed: 'remove unneeded folder' removes empty rom/samplepaths
fixed: window title "x/y sets" shows wrong numbers when no systems are enabled
