I had no problems rebuilding the mentioned file. Neither I had problems scanning it.

If rebuilding fails, you probably have some corrupt zipfiles somewhere. Turn on settings->zipsettings->full structure scan.

When a setname-rename fails, the 'newname' already exists (like pacman should be puckman and puckman already exists). Use Scanner->advanced->move not renamed sets to backup in this case.
