Well...I got the sourcecode and gzip ain't that hard at all :o) But currently I have other things to add/fix/whatever and xmas is around the corner. Besides the current core isn't that clean to easily add new archive types...not to mention writing inplace-routines for namechanges or rebuild functions with no-recompression.

Well...different archivers aren't forgotten...so sooner or later I will add support for them....but not at the moment.
