SubjectAutomatically detection of new sets at startup Reply to this message

When I add new games to my roms directory, I launch the program to audit them, and then I have to go to settings and select available sets so as to refresh the information. Now, is this necessary? Is there a way to tell the program to automatically look for new sets when it starts? Doing it manually is a little nonsense. Thanx.

Usually people don't use the "available" button at all since they simply scan ALL sets. Now you might complain about the amount of missing sets (e.g. if you only collect some sets and don't care about the others). You can use the scanner's popupmenu option "View->Show all missing sets" (or whatever I called it) to hide/show completely missing sets (after another scan).
