Ok, I was under the impression that WYSIWYG when comparing the scan results window with the saved fixdat file.

I see that's not the case now. Using the latest CMP (of course! :-)), and a PinMAME32 v1.51 DAT file created directly from the exe file - the results window (and log) tells me I am missing 20 out of 858 sets.

Yet when I go to save the FixDat file, it only writes out 3 of the missing sets as needed, completely ignoring the others.(?)

It does this no matter what fixdat option I try(autoprompt, incomplete only, completely missing only, etc), I get the same result each time.

Is it a problem with the dat file, or the algorhythm?
