mainly merging 3.60a-d plus this:

removed: quick scanner "problem in bios" scan...since the biosset itself is shown in a more detailed view anyway later in the scan and the tree doesn't update when the problem gets fixed in the current scan
fixed: crc32/size tables weren't refreshed everytime causing the rebuilder to fail sometimes
