OK, I know that your work on this awesome app is on hiatus, but I wanted to report the following problems that I have encountered for quite sometime now for your bug list.

First, my directory structure; I have two directories for each hardware type, one for MAME sets, and one for non-MAME sets. Whenever I rebuild, if an incomplete set exists in my non-MAME path, it will create a new archive in my MAME path with the missing ROMs. Thus the same set exists in multiple directories, and I must manually merge them. Is there a way to force ClrMame to add the ROMs to the existing set?

Secondly, for some strange reason whenever I scan and remove any "uneeded" ROMs, there always seems to be ROMs in my backup folder that are still needed by the DAT. I have added the backup folder to my add-paths, which has fixed the problem since I can simply rebuild from the directory, but I thought you would want to know this tidbit of knowledge as well.
