OK, well I do use the system-default paths option, but I can see where this would still not resolve the problem. So I guess what you're saying is to use the scanner to update my sets, without the "use sys-defpaths for fix missing" option enabled, and then use the rebuilder to remove the left over ROMs in my add paths?
