In your FAQ you mention use of the Settings->Sets->Select Sets input box as a way to filter out bad dumps and overdumps while scanning. Maybe I'm not understanding what this is supposed to be doing... when I load up my GoodIntv DAT, for instance, and scan it with all sets selected, it says I have 9 missing. When I have it select everything but b and o ROMs, I get 16 missing.

Could you clarify exactly what this is for? Am I doing something wrong?
