With Settings->sets you select the sets you want to include in a scan/rebuild/merge process. For example if you only want to scan a set named pacman, select it there and disable the others.
The Select all/Select none helps you a bit, the 'i' button inverts the selected files and "select set" gives you a lot of more options to enable/disable sets. You can use regular expressions there and with the next version you can even use some variables like %m=*capcom* (to select all Capcom manufactured sets).

When using the regular expressions for the [b?] files in the goodtools you either select only these or -when using the 'i' button'- you disable those.

Don't care so much about the listed values in the statisticsscreen (god damn it....why does every one look there...and not in the tree ;o), since each not-selected set is counted as missing there iirc.

So..screw the stats window and only care about the scanresults tree....
