The date causes an issue in the ziparchive class and not directly in clrmame....
...guess I fix it on my own and report the problem to the author.
edit 2:
found the issue (an not captured NULL pointer) in the ZipClass Library and contacted the author.

...Updated the 3.62a packages with the quick fixed zipclass nullpointer...doubt the author will be as quick as me ;) So redownload the package (be sure your internet cache is cleaned ;))
