Any limit on the file size of the archive other then actual disk space ?!?

Running on a XP system with NTFS format and I noticed when I created a Dir2Dat ZZZ_UNK set that I forgot to set the single file in it's own archive so when I was rebuilding this set it was stuffing everything into a single very large zip archive file. Got about 1.7GB before I stopped the process to recreate the datfile.

The size of a standard zipfile is limited to 4GB. There is no limit in a set-size. If you decide (and you configured dir2dat that way) to put all files in one set...well...it's up to you.
