I'm a noob to ClrMame and am not sure how to use it properly. The only thing I've been able to do is scan for problem roms so I can download them again. But...

The docs say the rebuilder only produces valid files. But if I rebuild from my rom collection, and use the scanner on the rebuilt roms, errors still show up.

So, what steps have to be done to get a fully working collection of roms from a folder of good _and_ bad roms?
