Shouldn't the "Allow Non-Seperated Bios Roms" function mearly stop showing BIOS files within game zips as being un-needed roms? Right now, it not only does that, but also marks BIOS files as missing if they're not in the seperate zips, even if they're in the normal bios zips.

For example:

decocass.zip exists, and holds the decocass bios files.
cbtime.zip exists, and within it, has Burgertime and the decocass bios files.
cbdash.zip exists, and only has the Boulder Dash files, but not the decocass bios files.

Running the scanner with "Allow NS Bios Roms":

Does not report that the bios in cbtime.zip are unneeded (Good.)
Does report that cbdash is missing the bios files, even though the files are in decocass.zip (Bad.)

"Allow not-separted biosroms" is more a "force not-separated biosroms". If the option is enabled, the biosroms are part of each set (which uses such biosfiles) and so it complains if the sets do miss the biosroms....no matter if the separated biosset is available or not.
