Don't forget the correct scanmodes:

rompath\setname\rom1 ... romn for unzipped sets
rompath\setname.zip for zipped sets

The setname from the mame32 screenshot dat is "snap". So you store them:

your_rompath_here\snap.zip
or
your_rompath_here\snap\005.png .... zzyzzyxx.png


..and of course be sure you've downloaded the correct packs from www.classicgaming.com/mame32qa
