i have a question about the fixdat. how can i use this?

every time when a new "minor emus"-dat-file will be released there is also a fixdat for this with the unavalible.

How can i scan my set exclude the roms from the fixdat (not released)? I only want to see the new one missing and not the unavalible from the fixdat. Is this possible? i think so but i don't know how.
