since you talk about 2 dats here, the full one and the fixdat one, you have to create one by yourself which holds the difference. You can use logiqx's tool diffdat for that, or you disable the sets from the fixdat in your current profile (settings->sets) manually.

On the other hand I don't see the sense behind it. Dats are made for seeking missing ones. It sounds more like you only want to see that you have a "complete" collection....which in fact you don't have.

Really unavailable roms shouldn't been listed in the dat imo anyway...or the datauthor should split up the dats....or something..

Anyway...guess you need diffdat.
