Basicly, i have this:

ROMS\095 0 missing\*

now I want to have

ROMS\095 0 missing\*
ROMS\096 update 0 missing\*

i'm not sure if the files i downloaded are correct or complete, so i want to run them against the current 0.95 set, fix, rebuild, add if anythings missing, and store them in 0.96 0 missing directory as changed/added sets.. so that if i put 0.95 dir, then add files from 0.96 dir, i would have complete 0.96 roms..
