Ok...I checked it....From read only media (dvd/cd) with remove-rebuilt-source enabled....Works fine. The runtime error was most likely caused by a corrupt zipfile structure then. Be sure you got settings->zipsettings->full zipstructure scan enabled. This is slower zipscan mode but it detects all kind of structure errors. There is of course a slight possibility that something's wrong with the media, too or the cable to the drive. So clrmamepro receives bad data but rebuilding works definetly fine and an enabled remove option while working with readonly media isn't any problem at all.
