I was rebuilding from several DVDs to 5 different DATs. I kept forgetting to untick the remove, and it crashed everytime it came across a file that needed rebuilding. So it's not a specific file.

I'll see if I can get anyway to make it work on my system and see if I can get you a definitive answer.
