> how do i know if i miss clone roms/romsets or parents roms/romsets quickly?
The detailed scanner output shows all you need. Or do a quick save misslist. Not as accurate as a real scan, but some people like it. Besides a full scan is fast, too.
> how do i know if in a new mame a parent became a clone (i.e. kof98 in 0.72)???
ClrMamePro shows this in the detailed scanner output.
> how to view the romsets i have in the scanner results instead of only the > problematic ones?
There is no need for that. Besides the output depends on the chosen settings. You can't really say a set is 100% ok if you only scan for (e.g.) missing roms. There can be no missing roms while there are dozens of wrong named ones or unneeded files.
> tell me, clrmame is for those who collect all roms or what?
Most people DO collect all roms. Besides you can easily scan only the files you have. Settings->Sets->Avail.Games
> because mame32 is the best manager even if you have to do all the changes
MAME32 isn't a manager. MAME32 is a win32 port of MAME with an included GUI.
> it only needs a missing roms/romsets folder but i think you can add it in the
MAME's audit functions are lousy. They don't care about a lot of things.
> and i did't said clrmame is complex but romcenter is more easy :)
In fact I tried it once because I wanted to learn about their datfile format. I was completely lost in that gui...no idea what to do and where to do. ..and most 'rom collection professionals' dropped RC a long time ago...
anyway...use whatever you want.
