I was rebuilding some files and as I had some chaos in my collection some of the files already existed in the destion folder. Clrmamepro skipped them but didn't delete them.
Maybe I just did not find the right switch...

How I can run a rebuild and force the deletion of files the destination already contains?

There is none. Why should be there one? That doesn't make sense. The rebuilder adds files from its source to the destination. Nothing is being removed from the destination folder, only optionally from the sourcefolder.

Yes, that's what I meant: delete the files from source folder. Delete those files I already have in destination folder. How can I force that? I did not find a way, clrmamepro simply leaves those files untouched in the source folder on rebuild.

Simply rebuild the files in the sourcefolder with the mentioned remove option enabled. If they're matched by the dat and they will be created in the destination (or already exist there), they will be removed.
