Is it possible to configure clrmamepro so it only changes the dates on archives when roms are added or replaced, but not when roms are removed or renamed?

Basically, I want to use the date to determine which files need to be re-zipmaxed. Archives that have roms removed or renamed shouldn't need to be re-zipmaxed.
