Should be fixed in next version...after looking at the source I think it's caused by this:
when backup fails it removes the just created folder (since backuping failed, you don't need this temp data)..that's a correct behaviour...but in case of an unknown set the 'folder' points to the backup unknown folder.....and that may already be filled with data from other sets (or old data). Only the unknown folder is affected though for normal backup operations older folders can exist but cmpro uses a new one (and adds -1 or something at the end).
