... WTF are NTFS comments? O_o I meant comments in regular ZIP files. If you use CLRMame to add files to a zip that has a comment, the comment remains (obviously). If you create a zipfile by using the rebuilder, there are no comments. That much I gathered from your comments.

I'll take a look at Zipmax. Thanks!
