Nope. Adding files with clrmamepro means you either use fix missing or the rebuilder. In both cases comments are removed because the files get unzipped from the found source (e.g. backupfolder, addpaths or rebuildersources) and zipped to the (possibly existing) zipfiles in your rompath.
A comment only survives if you have a zipfile with a comment in your rompath already. But that would mean you haven't used the rebuilder or fixmissing and you manually moved a zip in your rompath once upon a time.....
