The red/green indication are based on missing roms/samples/diskimages/sets (when available in the dat) and bad checksums and wrong sized roms of the last scan. These rules won't change for now...in fact people ask me to even add more rules to put profiles to red.....

you can modify the datfile or you can edit the belonging settingsfile for that profile and set the Misc_MissingDiskImages values to or 0
