I've just installed clearmame on my computer. What is it for and how do I use it?

ClearMAME is used to manage a collection of files. Some examples are:
MAME ROM collection
MAME Sample collection
RAINE ROM collection

To use ClearMAME, you need either the Dat file for the collection, or the program (needs to provide either a -listXML or -listinfo output) to provide the information on the collection.

Suggest that you read thru the ClearMAME Help for further information.

1) read the documentation
2) check out mameworld.net/easyemu
3) go back to 1)

8)

The common work:

- Profiler: load a datfile (or for MAME, create on by using the profiler)

- Settings: setup rompaths
- Scanner: hit scan
