It's not minimizing like a 16bit application, it's the normal way for childwindows. They are put 'down there' that way ;). Maximizing the window works the normal way by clicking on the belonging restore button in that minimized window. Rebuilder can take some CPU time though, so it might take some time till windows gets the message and restores the windows.
